Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026.
The service
CoverReady provides insurance-certificate (COI) compliance checking against Amazon's published requirements, exposure mapping, broker fix letters, and upload guidance, as described on this site. CoverReady is a document-compliance service only: it does not sell, broker, quote, or bind insurance, and provides no insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Billing
- COI Audit and Upload-Ready Pack are one-time charges via Stripe.
- Sentinel is billed monthly in advance via Stripe; cancel anytime and it stops at the end of the billing period.
- The 48-hour report target runs from a complete intake and pauses while we wait on you.
Acceptable use
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the documents and entity details you submit; a check is only as good as the certificate it's run against.
- Don't use the service to break the law, spam people, or attack other systems.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
No guaranteed outcomes
Our guarantee is specific: if an Upload-Ready pack passes our 12-point check and Amazon rejects the COI for a reason the published checklist covers, we work the rejection with you free until it's accepted or we refund the pack. Amazon's decisions on items outside the published checklist, and all coverage decisions, are outside our control and are not guaranteed.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We'll post material changes here and email active customers before they take effect.
