What we collect

• Account information: when you order, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, and payment details. We receive your email and order status — never your full card number.
• Intake data: your store and legal entity names, catalog categories, sales band, and the COI/policy documents you upload — the minimum needed to run the check.
• Support correspondence: emails you send us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers — or with insurers and brokers. Your broker receives only what you choose to send them (we draft the fix letter; you send it).
• We earn no commissions from any insurer, and your documents are never used to market insurance.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies.

Data retention & deletion

Intake documents are retained while your engagement or Sentinel subscription is active (Sentinel needs them for re-checks and lapse alerts) and for 30 days after, then deleted. Email us for earlier deletion.
